Privacy Policy

When you submit the estimate form or the contact form we collect the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address, the city or service address you provide, the services you selected, and anything you write in the project description.

We also record basic technical details with your submission: the date and time, your IP address and browser user agent. These are used only to prevent spam and abuse of the form.

If you arrive from an advertisement, a search result or another website, the link may carry tracking parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, gclid or fbclid. We store these alongside your request, plus the page you landed on and the referring website, so we can tell which advertising actually produces enquiries. They are kept with your enquiry record and are not sold or shared.

We use your details to contact you about your project, prepare your free estimate, and keep a record of the work discussed. When you submit a form you receive an automatic confirmation email with your reference number, and our team receives an internal notification containing the same details so we can respond.

We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing newsletters.

Submissions are stored in our secure content management system, which is access controlled and limited to Alexia Construction staff accounts. Confirmation and notification emails are sent through our managed email service using our own verified sending domain.

We keep enquiry records for as long as they are useful for quoting, scheduling and warranty history. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

With your permission we measure how our own advertising performs. That means the Meta pixel and, where configured, Google Analytics may load in your browser, and we may send Meta a record of a completed enquiry directly from our server so the same conversion is not counted twice.

The server side record contains only your email address and phone number in an irreversible hashed form, your IP address and browser type, the advertising click identifiers already present on your visit, and the page you submitted from. Your renovation details, budget, address and the content of your message are never sent to any advertising platform.

Nothing above happens unless you choose "Accept marketing". If you choose "Essential only" no advertising or analytics script is loaded, no advertising cookie is set, and no conversion data leaves our systems. You can change your choice at any time with the "Privacy choices" link in the footer, and the website, the forms and our response to you work identically either way.

If you accept and later change back to "Essential only", we stop measurement straight away: the analytics and advertising tags are switched off, we tell those services that consent has been withdrawn, and we delete the measurement cookies we can reach in your browser. No further page views, interactions or conversions are sent from that moment on.

We store your campaign parameters in your browser session so they survive while you move between pages of this site. That information is cleared when you close your browser. We also store your privacy choice in your browser so we do not ask again on every visit. Advertising cookies are set only after you accept marketing measurement.
